Wolfson Cottage offers luxurious ground-floor accommodation for two people - full of character, converted from a 19th-century stone barn, furnished in period style with some antiques, and situated in the two acre garden of historic Shandy Hall.
The cottage enjoys stunning views across the Hambleton Hills towards Byland Abbey and the Kilburn White Horse.
The accommodation consists of a breakfast kitchen with Aga, a large sunny living-room with dining area, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and one double bedroom (twin, if preferred). Central heating, washing machine, colour tv, radio, fitted carpets, parking for one car, garden with furniture; linen and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no pets.
The cottage can be hired for any length of time (one night, a week-end, a fortnight ...), at varying prices. Please inquire at Shandy Hall, telephone (+44) 1347 868 465, or email the curator, Patrick Wildgust, at: [email protected]
